SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Fresno Building Healthy Communities (“we,” “us,” “our”). Fresno Building Healthy Communities’ mobile campaigns provide subscribers with information about our work, updates, event invitations, donation asks, and reminders. You agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms). 

SMS Messaging Service 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS messages from Fresno Building Healthy Communities regarding its work, updates, event invitations, donation requests, general two-way communication, and reminders. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency 

You can expect to receive no more than 4 messages per month. Fresno Building Healthy Communities reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time, increasing or decreasing the total number of messages. Fresno Building Healthy Communities and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Policy 

Your information will be handled in accordance with our 10DLC & Toll- Free Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us; you may receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Liability 

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
