#InvestInYouth Internship Opportunities
Fresno Building Healthy Communities offers paid internship opportunities to high school youth in their Sophomore or Junior years who reside in Fresno County to provide youth with short-term, practical experience and empower them to become change agents within their schools and neighborhoods.
The goal of the #InvestInYouth internship program is to provide paid internship opportunities to youth who are usually excluded from paid opportunities (English learners, foster youth, Black, Brown, SE Asian youth, etc.), while introducing students to career opportunities that build on their talents, skills, interests, and experience.
Young people will engage in meaningful community-oriented work and explore career tracks that provide a path to economic opportunity and empower them to live up to their responsibilities, follow their dreams, and give back to their communities.
Student interns select one of two tracks to focus on during their internship period.
