Marketing & Communications Director

Under the general supervision of the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing & Communications Director is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term marketing and communications vision for Fresno BHC’s brand, which promotes Fresno BHC’s mission and unique position within the public health and social justice sectors.

The Marketing and Communications Director is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all Fresno BHC marketing strategies and communications, both external and internal. The director also oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services in marketing and communications. The director directs the efforts of the marketing and communications staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.

Youth Engagement Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Director of Organizing and Advocacy, the Youth Engagement Coordinator (YEC) is responsible for identifying and engaging youth to increase their capacity to advocate on issues that promote their health and well-being. The YEC supports and guides young people, fosters positive relationships, develops and leads programs that strengthen professional skills, build resiliency through advocacy, promote community engagement, and create shared learning opportunities aligned with Fresno BHC’s mission. This role includes developing and implementing a robust youth engagement strategy, facilitating educational workshops, attending community meetings and events, conducting public presentations, coordinating activities, and promoting Fresno BHC’s overall efforts.

Data Manager

Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Data Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analyzing data and data systems. The Data Manager ensures consistency and integrity of data; oversees collection and reporting of complex, related information; interprets data, including statistical values, and provides advice and consultation regarding implications; may make recommendations for adjustments, conducts needs assessments, designs and creates databases, survey tools, participates in testing and implementation of new tools and/or enhancements and modifications to existing systems, and provides assistance and training to system users.

The primary candidate will have a data analytics skill set and the ability to develop data-oriented systems to meet the organization’s needs. Duties include developing basic applications within the Microsoft environment (Power Apps, Power BI, Workflows, etc.), developing procedures and policies for data management, performing data-related tasks, and managing tables in an SQL Server.

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities but is a significant contributor to the Learning and Evaluation department, which manages data governance, data standards, information privacy, business intelligence, and reporting.

Receptionist

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, the Receptionist provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties to facilitate the efficient operation of Fresno BHC and is the first point of contact for guests and callers. The Receptionist is vital to the everyday operations of Fresno BHC and is responsible for keeping the premises presentable, coordinating calendars, in office meetings and conferences, managing supplies, coordinating mailings, and acts as a resource to staff. The Receptionist interacts with a diverse group of visitors, callers, and internal contacts and is expected to plan, prioritize, and organize competing priorities.
